Antomius Wise’s storied career has brought him from on-field glory on the gridiron to contributing to his community in a very different way: creating economic growth through financial literacy. After leading Mount Zion High School to a state championship and continuing the rich tradition of West Virginia University athletics for one year, he got a taste of the highest levels of NFL competition through his brief stints with the New Orleans Saints and the then-Washington Redskins. However, he found his true calling away from the field after founding Wise Protective Services LLC, a consulting firm providing tax planning solutions, executive and asset protection.
Through his company, Wise teaches his clients to secure an ideal standing in life through the mechanisms of bringing value to society and creating economic growth, which society often rewards through tax breaks. He aims to nurture a servant’s heart in all of his clients, equipping them to lead their communities and providing solutions so that it increases the chances of others obtaining their desired outcomes. He shares a combination of detailed financial knowledge and personal experience with his clients, crafting lessons that resonate with his own journey toward financial stability and long-term success.
“As my football career was closing, I started studying the scriptures, wealthy people, our Western civilization, and the money system. That’s when I found out the truth about society: own nothing and control everything,” Wise shares. “By being a solution-based thinker and having a ruling class mentality, I was able to make many of my visions come to life. Now it’s time to share my talents with others who also have a servant’s heart who want to bring value to society while creating economic growth.”
Wise names four major ways that high earners can be rewarded with massive tax breaks for bringing value to society: investing, real estate/depreciation, creating new jobs through entrepreneurship, and operating a nonprofit. In his own life, Wise has demonstrated the efficacy of operating a nonprofit after founding his own 501c3 nonprofit organization, Wise Protective Service and More, Inc.,focused on aiding survivors of domestic violence, combating abusive behavior, along with assisting kids dealing with obesity and providing resources for children whose parents have been affected by AIDS. Despite financial difficulties during the COVID-19 pandemic, Wise was able to create a steady revenue stream for the organization by dedicating his full attention to creating a curriculum and highly sought-after programs that solved societal problems. For his tax expertise, the organization was awarded a grant from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
In addition to his work as a philanthropist and life/tax strategist, Wise has taken on different projects that reflect his vision for bringing value to society. He serves as a criminal investigator for the United States Secret Service. He has also shared his financial and life knowledge by co-authoring the 17th volume of The Change self-empowerment book series and developing the life coaching platform Life Strategies 2.0. He has also appeared on the television series Great Day Washington and the web series The Charla Anderson Show and Mocha Money Mondays, where he has shared financial and life advice.
Antomius Wise’s life after professional sports shows the power of rewriting personal narratives by taking control of personal finances and playing an active role in the flourishing of local neighborhoods and communities. Through the tax breaks and sense of empowerment he has provided to his clients, Wise has generated his own irreplaceable value in the communities he has changed through his work.
