The NFL legend Tom Brady has revealed his newly renovated $17 million megamansion, nicknamed the “Billionaire Bunker,” on the exclusive Miami island, Indian Creek Island.

The mansion was initially purchased in 2020 during his marriage to Gisele Bündchen. The property has since undergone an extensive four-year renovation to make it a modern architectural marvel.

Brady has offered a glimpse into his luxurious post-football life, highlighting the exclusivity of living on Indian Creek Island and his ventures since retirement from football.

Brady’s Miami Megamansion

The megamansion was acquired in 2020 for $17 million. The existing structure was completely demolished to make way for Brady’s modern mansion. After four years, the renovations are finally complete. The new structure has become a bachelor pad after the property became Brady’s possession after the divorce from Bündchen in 2022.

Now, Brady enjoys the modern mansion while living his newly single yet ever-luxurious lifestyle.

On Instagram, Brady shared photos of the newly completed home. He offered a glimpse of the sunlit exterior, which reflected the sunset’s beautiful orange colors. The house also has a waterfront view of Biscayne Bay, which Brady showed off on social media.

The backyard has a beautiful zero-entry pool with several lounge areas, fire pits, and cabana-style structures for Brady to share time with family and friends. As seen on his social media, the property has a stunning view of the sunrise and sunset.

The Exclusivity of the “Billionaire Bunker”

Indian Creek Island is a 300-acre artificial island with just 41 residential properties. The island is best known for its affluent residents, including Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner, Jeff Bezos, and Lauren Sanchez. These names are recognized for their high status and private lives.

The island has its own private police force, and access is highly restricted, with only a single bridge checkpoint entry. All of the homes on the island have been extensively renovated, reflecting the modern luxury in the area.

The Trump-Sushner $24 million megamansion had been renovated just earlier this year. The home was initially purchased in 2021.

Bezos is currently constructing a compound on the island, which is made of three separate properties costing $68 million, $79 million, and $90 million. He is reportedly using the $90 million home as his current residence while the other two properties are under construction.

Brady and Bündchen’s Florida Move

In 2020, Brady and Bündchen moved to Florida when Brady joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. They had initially rented Derek Jeter’s home, located in Tampa’s Davis Islands, as a place to stay.

After their divorce in 2022, Brady retained the multi-million-dollar mansion, which has now become a post-divorce bachelor’s retreat. Bündchen has since purchased a $11.5 million Surfside home, which was renovated after 2022. Her waterfront home has five bedrooms, 6.5 baths, and beautifully massive terraces.

Brady’s New Chapter and Personal Life

Brady retired from playing professional football in 2023. He has since transitioned to a role as an NFL sports announcer for NFL on Fox. In his new position, he can still enjoy football plays while sitting back and relaxing off the field.

In his personal life, Brady has been rumored to be in a relationship with model Irina Shayk following his divorce. Brady has two children with Bündchen: Benjamin, who is 14, and Vivian, who is 11.

Brady’s Megamansion Post-Retiring

Brady’s megamansion reflects his massive success as a significant NFL player. He has demonstrated resilience and has reinvented himself after his career in the NFL. Indian Creek Island is the perfect hideaway place for a massively successful pro football player after retiring from the rigorous sport.

His evolving personal and professional life has piqued public interest as he continues to expand his capabilities. Brady’s luxurious home serves merely as a backdrop to his continuously exciting journey as an influential celebrity.
